Shipping policy
Orders are usually processed within one business day (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
For orders placed after 12pm, processing will begin on the next business day. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
We endeavour to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, however delays may occur due to postal service problems, or other issues that are outside of our control.
- Delivery is to Australia and New Zealand (+selected International)
- We do offer local pick up - select this option at checkout
- We use both Australia Post and courier services
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated by weight at checkout.
- Standard Shipping is from $5.00
- Express Shipping is from $14.95
Estimated delivery times
- Standard Shipping is usually between 2-8 business days (Australia)
- Express Shipping is usually between 1-4 business days (Australia)
- Standard Shipping is usually between 4-8 business days (New Zealand)
- Express Shipping is usually between 2-5 business days (New Zealand)
- Other International Shipping - usually between 6-28 days
Please note that very remote, rural areas and international shipping might take longer than the recommended delivery times.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Authority to leave (ATL) applies to all our packages and it will be at the courier's discretion whether to leave a package or not.
We do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages, however in the unlikely event of this occurring please contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem.
Do I have to pay custom charges on International shipping?
We do our best to make sure there are no charges but yes, you will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Please contact your local customs department for further details on charges.
