This bundle includes:

• 1 × 5L FlexPrimer (first coat)
• 1 × 5L SmartHome (second coat)
• 1 × 5.5L CeramicStar including hardener (final coat)

Recommended Application

1. Sand the timber floor thoroughly and remove all sanding dust before application.
2. Stir each product thoroughly before use. For two-component finishes, measure and combine the coating and hardener at the specified ratio using the Mix Bottle (1L) for smaller quantities or the Mix Box (15L) for larger quantities. For easier clean-up, place a Bucket Liner inside the Mix Box or application bucket before adding the product. Mix thoroughly using the ALLWAY Helix Mixer, then apply the prepared product evenly using a suitable roller/frame or brush.
3. Apply 1 coat of FlexPrimer evenly across the prepared timber surface and allow it to dry. A coating may be applied over the sealer after 1 hour under normal conditions (23°C, 50% humidity)
4. Once the primer is dry, apply 1 even coat of SmartHome. Normal drying time is 3-4 hours per coat.
5. Before the final coat, light sanding is recommended to create a smoother surface and improve adhesion between coating layers.
6. Apply 1 final even coat of CeramicStar, it needs to be mixed shortly before use, 10:1 with AquaSeal Hardener (included), and give the mixture 10 minutes to rest before application. Only mix as much product as you expect to use within the working time. The mixture has a usage time of approximately 2 hours. Using the mixture beyond this period may affect the properties and performance of the cured finish.
